June 2019 final

Lots happening at the Library in June with some programs taking a break for the summer. Cooking with Allison and Nerf Club will be back in the Fall. Book Sales, Bake sales and #The Give BigCHQ all fundraisers in June.  TED Talks theme this month is “Vulnerability” and is building a small following. Cribbage group still meets on Thursdays at 1pm. The Adult Book Club will be discussing ‘The Only Woman in the Room” by author Marie Benedict. We can still get copies for you if you’d like to participate. “All Aboard” – the June display case will be featuring the Schrantz family train collection. These are historic trains reproductions from the years 1900- 1943, not your typical Lionel Train collection. We’ll be registering kids for the Summer Reading Program throughout the month of June.  Front page article explains all about the new combined Summer Reading/Summer Recreation program. We have events planned for all ages in July and August. Check out the newsletter link, read all about it and don’t forget to visit the library in June! Follow us on Facebook also!
