No lazy days of summer here at the library! The calendar is full of happenings for all ages. For the children, you won’t want to miss REPCO Wildlife Encounters visiting us on Monday July 15th @2pm. They present a fun and educational interactive program for all ages. Every child age 11  and under who attends  will receive a free book on Reptiles & amphibians. For our Juniors we have a Babysitting Certification course and Home Alone Safety Class. Safety is tops on our schedule with our partnering with the Red Cross in offering 2 classes for adults: Hands only CPR & Disaster Preparedness. For art this month we will be learning about Huichol Yarn Art and creating our own artwork utilizing a little simpler technique. This free class is open to anyone 12. Come play Corn Hole in our side yard on Tuesday July 23, fun for all ages. I’m sure we can find some popsicles and a cool drink for everyone who plays. Programs and supplies are funded by the Chautauqua Cattaraugus Library System & Falconer Region Community Fund at the Chautauqua  Region Community Foundation. Check out the calendar below, follow us on Facebook and view the online calendar on the right side of this website. Remember we are air conditioned and we invite you to hang out at the library in July!
